Idli is south indian food. It can be a special breakfast for you. Here i show you different types of idlis, like palak(spinach) idli, chukandar(beetroot) idli, stuffed idli, cheese idli, mix dal idli, carrot idli. This is quick and healthy food and this is steamed food that means law fat dish. Serve with spicy green chuttney you like most. Rava idli batter prepared by mix one half cup of rava, two tablespoon sour curd, pinch of baking soda, salt to taste and add water for adjustment of batter. Mix well and resting for ten minutes. With that proportion of batter you can make four idlis.
